8. Acceptable Use Policy

You promise not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized aims. Activities deemed unacceptable include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing, distributing, or restreaming content.
• Leveraging a VPN for bypassing geographic restrictions might infringe upon local laws.
• Divulging your access credentials.

Noncompliance with this policy could lead to instant account cancellation without any reimbursement.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

ITTechBasics IPTV functions as a service provider and does not host, store, or create content. Our role is to grant access to streams that are already present online. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws in their local jurisdictions.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is supplied as-is, with no warranties implied. We do not assure 100% uptime or the constant availability of all channels. In no situation will ITTechBasics IPTV be accountable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from using or failing to use the Service.

11. Termination

We have the right to terminate or suspend your account at any given time, without prior notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms & Conditions or adversely affects our Service or other users.
